A2Z Medical & Surgicals was born from a simple observation by two brothers, Manthena Ramesh and Manthena Chandramouli. As locals of Warangal, they watched as their neighbors and friends struggled through the most difficult times of their lives.

They noticed that when a family was in a medical crisis, they didn't just fight the disease—they fought the system. They had to run to one shop for regular tablets, another for specialty injections, and a third for surgical equipment. In the chaos of searching for rare brands, precious time was lost.

Even worse, they realized a "silent" danger: medicines being stored in heat and humidity, losing their power before they even reached the patient. They saw that a father’s insulin or a mother’s life-saving injection might only be working at 50% capacity because of poor storage.

Ramesh and Chandramouli decided that the people of Warangal and Hanamkonda deserved better. They deserved the "Gold Standard."
